I want you to visualize therapy as a three-stage journey: acknowledging, strategizing, accomplishing. Through our work together, you will come to acknowledge the challenges you face. We will focus on the factors that complicate work relationships, drain your motivation, and overtax your resources.

Once we know the stumbling blocks and can name them, we will find ways around them, through them, over them: we will strategize.  We will find and develop the strategies that will allow you to focus your efforts, improve your communication with others, and find confidence in your work relationships.

Finally, with a set of sound strategies and coping mechanisms, our work will support your path to accomplish your goals with clarity and confidence.
